For the launch of Lily Lane, a modern residential precinct in Castle Hill, the vision was to create more than a property film, to capture a feeling of community. We were tasked by Ellipse with translating their architectural vision into a visual journey that felt as vibrant and considered as the homes themselves. The film needed to evoke the soul of connected Sydney living, weaving together the natural beauty of the local flora with the promise of a truly elevated, design led sanctuary.

Our approach was rooted in authentic storytelling and sensorial cinematography. We crafted a narrative that balanced the calm of morning light filtering through jacaranda trees with the vibrant energy of local cafes and retail spaces. These intimate lifestyle moments were seamlessly woven with sweeping aerials and precise architectural renders that highlight the rich materiality of the built environment. By combining these human elements with the clean lines of the modern interiors, we created a film that is both informative and deeply emotive.

The final film elevates the Lily Lane marketing campaign, moving beyond specifications to forge a powerful emotional connection with potential buyers. By telling the story of the neighbourhood, the video builds immense trust and inspires confidence in the project’s quality and vision. It allows discerning buyers to see themselves in the space, accelerating the sales journey and firmly establishing Lily Lane as one of the most desirable new addresses in the Hills district.
