To launch ActewAGL’s innovative free LED upgrade program for businesses, the goal was to create a message that was as bright as the product itself. We envisioned a story that would sidestep the usual corporate spiel, instead using humour to connect with business owners on a human level. The concept was born from a simple truth: sometimes the biggest barrier to saving money is our own excuses.
We brought this vision to life through a character-driven narrative with a sharp, comedic twist. The story unfolds in a relatable retail setting, where an over-enthusiastic employee’s perfect sales pitch is hilariously undone by his own hypocrisy. Through cinematic-quality production and carefully crafted storytelling, we transformed a straightforward offer into an entertaining and memorable TV commercial that captures attention and delivers its message with a smile.
