- about the project
Four Seven Seven needed to connect with modern professionals and forward-thinking businesses, showcasing their 477 Pitt Street location not just as a traditional office, but as a vibrant, community-driven hub that makes people genuinely want to return to the workplace. Our vision was to craft an engaging promotional film that captured this dynamic energy through the authentic perspectives of the people who experience it daily: the tenants. This cinematic story paints a picture of modern work-life balance, where world-class amenities, transport connectivity, and cross-collaboration are always within reach.
We brought this concept to life by focusing on compelling, interview-driven storytelling paired with premium architectural visuals. Our narrative follows key community members as they experience the unique benefits of the building, from the sun-drenched outdoor terrace—reminiscent of the New York Highline—and the state-of-the-art ‘Collider’ event space, to the premium end-of-trip facilities and vibrant surrounding Chinatown precinct. By combining pristine, high-end lifestyle shots with a warm and inviting tone, we created a film that feels less like a standard property tour and more like an inspiring, cinematic glimpse into the future of collaborative work in Sydney’s Tech Central.
This story elevates Four Seven Seven’s market positioning by forging a genuine connection with its target audience. The engaging and memorable narrative builds powerful brand recognition, positioning the building as an indispensable element of a healthy, productive, and connected professional life. The campaign successfully inspires viewers by translating premium architectural features into tangible feelings of community, encouraging businesses to envision a brighter, more innovative future in a workspace designed for collaboration.
