For the launch of their Dover Heights project, luxury developer Bentino required a property film matching the sheer scale and sophistication of the home. The vision was to capture the essence of elevated eastern suburbs living, translating the architectural grandeur and high end finishes into a compelling visual narrative. We were tasked with showcasing the property as a premier lifestyle destination that reflects Bentino’s commitment to uncompromising quality.

Our approach centred on an aspirational lifestyle narrative, following an elegant couple moving through the meticulously crafted spaces. We captured the striking exterior with its cascading greenery and sweeping city skyline views. The cinematography deliberately highlights textural details, from the sweeping marble surfaces and glass wine cellar to the starlit home cinema. By blending dynamic drone sweeps with intimate interior tracking shots, we emphasised the seamless flow between the opulent indoor living areas, the spectacular outdoor pool and the rooftop terrace.

The final film serves as a powerful cornerstone for the Bentino marketing campaign, positioning the residence as a pinnacle of modern luxury.
