For the relaunch of 477 Pitt Street, ISPT sought to reposition their asset as a next generation A Grade workplace at the gateway to Sydney’s Tech Central. The vision was to capture a feeling of genuine connection. We were tasked with illustrating how the redevelopment integrated heritage architecture with premium amenities to create a community driven environment. The film needed to highlight the accessibility of the Haymarket precinct while showcasing an office that draws professionals back to the city.

Our approach centred on authentic tenant perspectives. We wove together interviews with business leaders, allowing their genuine enthusiasm to drive the narrative. Visually, we captured the dynamic energy of surrounding transport hubs through fluid tracking shots. Inside, the camera glides through the expansive lobby, the sunlit outdoor terrace, and the premium end of trip facilities. By juxtaposing the classical columns and dome skylight of the historic Collider event space with active social gatherings, we grounded the architectural scale in human interaction.

The final film elevates the leasing campaign, transforming premium amenities into a compelling story of modern work culture. By focusing on the tangible benefits of community and well being, the video builds trust and resonates deeply with prospective tenants. It allows forward thinking businesses to visualise their teams thriving, firmly establishing the building as a premier destination for innovation in the southern CBD.
